Since I am still somewhat free before classes started, I figured I should go out for a ride as much as possible. So even though I did 30 miles last night, I decided to do some hills this morning.
Not nearly as long, on 15 miles. But it was just as much of a workout. And the nice thing is that it is getting my body used to the notion of cycling on repeated days. I will have to do more of that in the next two weeks or so.
I am a professor of physical chemistry at Rider University.
I have a beautiful wife and two really great kids.
I have a number of interests, but little free time to properly pursue them (see items above).
