Getting into a rhythym

Hey, third time in five days I was on my bike. The family dropped me off at work this morning with my bike on the roof of the car. And I rode home. Nothing exciting about the ride home save the 40 mile/hr coast I did down Pleasant Valley Rd. When you are beating the speed limit on you bicycle, you know you are going fast.

So where do I sign up for the Tour de France? ;-)
