On the plus side I've done over 70 miles this week with another ride planned for Sat. And while my legs are tired, I don't feel like I have been over doing it. In the next few weeks, I need to make sure I start getting one long ride in per week.

Another ride to work
The 36+ miles that makes a round trip to work is a half & half ride. The half closest to work is relatively flat and the half closest to home has me climbing up and down the Sourlands. And it really doesn't matter which way I go I will have at least 3 steep hills. Not so bad in the morning, but not so fun late in the afternoon after a day at the office after an 18 mile ride in. I know it's good training, but it's still tiring.
